📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and equipment.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware.,Monitor and maintain network security.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to employees on IT-related issues.,Ensure the availability and reliability of IT systems.,Document and track IT issues and resolutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.,Experience with network infrastructure and security.,Good understanding of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus.
