📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store inventory, including stock taking, ordering, and restocking.,Handle day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Support the Store Admin in managing staff schedules and ensuring smooth operations.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues.,Support the Store Admin in implementing store policies and procedures.,Participate in training and development programs for store staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a retail or administrative environment.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is required.,English language skills are a plus.
