Lead and manage a team of employees, ensuring they meet performance targets and deadlines,Develop and implement team training programs to enhance skills and knowledge,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed,Handle employee recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Represent the company at team meetings and events,Maintain a positive and productive team environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in team leadership and management,Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in using HR management software and tools,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations,Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
