📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.,Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.,Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools.,Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and devices.,Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.,Mentor and guide junior designers in the team.,Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather feedback.,Optimize designs for performance and accessibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.,3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design.,Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.,Strong portfolio showcasing your design work.,Understanding of user-centered design principles.,Experience with design systems and component libraries.,Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
