📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems and procedures.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse policies.,Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple departments.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with safety regulations and warehouse best practices.,Certification in warehouse management or related field is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
