📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Greet guests and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude.

Answer and direct inquiries about the company and its services.

Check in and check out guests, and process payments.

Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.

Assist with front desk operations, including phone calls, emails, and other administrative tasks.

Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized at all times.

Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Stay updated on company news and events, and inform guests accordingly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer skills, including email and word processing.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Friendly, polite, and professional demeanor.

Fluency in Indonesian is required; English proficiency is a plus.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
