📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Oversee the training budget and ensure it is used effectively.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Maintain accurate records of all training activities.,Provide feedback and support to trainers and employees.,Ensure compliance with all training regulations and standards.,Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using training management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
