Puskesmas Wati Coffee is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. This is an immediate opening, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the coffee plantation and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the business.

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about coffee and has a strong understanding of the coffee industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing operations in a similar role and will be able to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the coffee plantation, including harvesting, processing, and packaging.
  • Manage and supervise a team of workers, ensuring that they are trained and motivated to perform their tasks effectively.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the workplace is a safe and healthy environment for all employees.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of the coffee beans, from the time they are harvested until they are packaged and ready for sale.
  • Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to improve the efficiency and productivity of the plantation.
  • Monitor and manage the financial performance of the plantation, ensuring that it is profitable and sustainable.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure that the coffee is marketed and sold effectively.
  • Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met, and that the plantation is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the coffee industry.
  • Strong understanding of the coffee industry and its operations.
  • Proven track record of managing operations and teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as ERP systems, financial management software, and project management tools.
