📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstocking.,Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Manage and maintain company equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.,Assist in the development and implementation of new projects and initiatives.,Provide operational support to the management team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the operations field.,Strong knowledge of operational procedures and best practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.
