📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality pool of candidates.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring decisions based on company requirements and candidate qualifications.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
