📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the development of high-performance sports programs and initiatives.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance the capabilities of our sports ecosystem.,Oversee the training and development of coaches, athletes, and support staff.,Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the alignment of organizational goals with the sports ecosystem's vision.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sports ecosystem and make data-driven decisions for improvement.,Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sports ecosystem.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.,Represent SpexSG at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in sports management, coaching, or organizational development.,Proven track record of successfully managing and developing high-performance sports programs.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Understanding of Indonesian culture and business practices.,Certifications in sports management, coaching, or organizational development are a plus.
