📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting various laboratory tests and analyses to ensure accuracy and reliability.,Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to meet industry standards.,Preparing and maintaining lab records and reports for quality assurance.,Supervising junior lab technicians and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate results.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance lab operations.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.,Training and mentoring new lab technicians.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Chemistry, or related disciplines.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.,Familiarity with quality control and quality assurance principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using laboratory software and equipment.,Valid certification in relevant laboratory techniques.
