📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop high-quality software solutions that support institutional clients and financing operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and scalable solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Mentor and coach junior engineers to help them grow and develop their skills.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing financial technology solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of software development best practices and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and technologies, such as AWS or GCP.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
