📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their inquiries and purchases,Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are accurate,Process customer payments and maintain records,Organize and maintain the shop's cleanliness and order,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Assist with the preparation and packaging of orders,Provide product information and recommendations,Participate in team meetings and follow company policies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with basic inventory management systems,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg
