Assist the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Manage and supervise the kitchen staff, ensuring they follow safety and hygiene protocols.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils.,Monitor food inventory and place orders for necessary ingredients and supplies.,Ensure food safety and quality by following health and safety regulations.,Prepare and present dishes to meet customer expectations and preferences.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to the development of new menu items.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Sous Chef or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Familiarity with various cooking techniques and methods.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and international cuisines is a plus.,Valid food handler's permit or certification is a plus.
