📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and maintaining the company's telesales operations.,Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries and complaints.,Provide information and support to customers regarding our products and services.,Assist in developing and implementing telesales strategies and tactics.,Monitor and report on telesales performance metrics.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.,Assist in training and mentoring new telesales staff.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telesales or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
