📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development of training programs for employees.,Manage leave and attendance records.,Coordinate with management to address HR-related issues.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.,Experience in managing employee benefits and compensation.🛠️ Keahlian
