As an HR Generalist, you'll be the heart of our HR department, handling everything from recruitment to employee relations. You'll work closely with managers to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
  • Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and performance management
  • Administer and update employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with senior management to address HR issues and concerns
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using HR software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
