As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment and selection process for new hires.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation.,Oversee training and development programs for employees.,Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HR management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
