Duta Joko Dental Clinic is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from the office and from home.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.

Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.

Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.

Manage employee benefits and compensation.

Lead and mentor the HR team.

Contribute to the overall strategic planning of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in English is a plus.

Experience in a dental or healthcare setting is a plus.

Must be able to work in a hybrid setting.
