📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and end-users, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems and data.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.,Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.,Provide training and guidance to employees on IT-related topics.,Maintain accurate records of IT assets and inventory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.,Proficient in using IT support tools and software.,Good problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with network protocols and security best practices.,Knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus.
