📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations,Assist in the design and implementation of learning and development initiatives,Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify training requirements,Collaborate with department heads to understand their training needs,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Provide feedback and recommendations for improving training programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus
