📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the expectations of our guests.,Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure that food and beverages are prepared and served on time.,Manage a team of banquet staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they deliver excellent service.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the banquet area.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure that we have sufficient supplies for banquet events.,Prepare and present banquet menus, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences of our guests.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed during banquet events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet operations or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using banquet management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and cultural customs.
