📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Conduct job analysis and create accurate job descriptions and specifications.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide input on candidate suitability.,Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
