Duta Hendra Medical Center is seeking a talented and experienced Finance Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our medical center, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while still being an integral part of our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor the financial operations of the medical center, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of all financial transactions and reconciliations.,Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making.,Monitor and report on key financial metrics and KPIs to ensure the financial health of the organization.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available for decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and GAAP.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools is a plus.
