Berjaya Furniture is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our newly opened restaurant in Samarinda. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships to ensure adequate stock.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction.,Prepare and present financial reports to management.,Ensure the restaurant meets all health and safety standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.,Proven track record of managing a successful restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry best practices and trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Valid food handling certificate and health and safety certification.
