📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop store staff to enhance performance and customer service skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the regional manager to ensure store performance aligns with company goals.,Promote the store and products to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
