📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Advising on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.,Conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees.,Handling employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.,Supporting the company's diversity and inclusion initiatives.,Assisting in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
