📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Conduct job analysis and create accurate job descriptions and specifications.,Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels and methods.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.,Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.,Monitor and evaluate recruitment metrics to improve processes and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
