As a Canvasser Merchant Engagement specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to making Jakarta Utara a more food-friendly city.

In this role, you will visit local businesses on foot, assess their suitability for the Gofood platform, and provide them with the necessary support to onboard and succeed. You will use tools like Google Maps and our internal CRM system to manage your territories and track your progress.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit and engage with local businesses in Jakarta Utara to introduce them to the Gofood platform.
• Assess the suitability of businesses for the Gofood platform and provide them with the necessary support to onboard.
• Use Google Maps and our internal CRM system to manage your territories and track your progress.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to ensure their continued success on the Gofood platform.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to businesses, addressing their concerns and questions.
• Collect and analyze data on business performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on the latest developments and best practices.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with local businesses.
• Familiarity with Google Maps and other mapping tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to walk long distances on foot.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
