📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the implementation of Lean principles and tools such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and 5S.
Develop and execute Lean transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
Facilitate Kaizen events and PDCA cycles to drive continuous improvement.
Train and mentor team members on Lean methodologies and best practices.
Measure and report on the impact of Lean initiatives, providing data-driven insights to senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify waste and inefficiencies.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Lean transformation.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Lean transformation, with a proven track record in driving operational excellence.
Certification in Lean Six Sigma (e.g., Lean Master, Lean Black Belt) is a plus.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using Lean software tools such as Minitab, LeanKit, and Excel.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
Ability to travel as required.
