📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a warm smile, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring it is safely transported to their rooms.
• Operate the hotel's bell system to direct guests to their rooms and other areas of the hotel.
• Provide information about the hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bell station area.
• Follow all hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the front desk team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the English language is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.
