As our IT Asset Custodian, you'll be responsible for maintaining and managing our IT infrastructure, including hardware and software assets. You'll work closely with our IT team to ensure all assets are tracked, maintained, and disposed of according to company policies and industry standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain the company's IT assets, including hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Track and monitor all IT assets using tools like ServiceNow or similar asset management systems.
• Ensure all IT assets are properly maintained, repaired, and replaced as needed.
• Oversee the disposal and recycling of IT assets according to company policies and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure all assets are accounted for and properly managed.
• Document all IT asset transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in the procurement of new IT assets as needed.
• Ensure compliance with IT asset management policies and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT asset management or a related role.
• Proven experience with IT asset management software such as ServiceNow, BMC Helix, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of IT asset lifecycle management, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with financial services industry regulations and best practices.
