🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in mineral extraction and processing.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing extraction technologies.
• Strong knowledge of mineral processing software, such as AutoCAD, Simul, or similar tools.
• Certification in environmental management or sustainability practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage and mentor teams.
