📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules using SAP and other relevant software.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• Implement inventory control strategies to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess the effectiveness of production processes.
• Provide training and support to junior staff on production management and control practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in production planning and control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning and control, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
