📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement K3L policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement control measures.
• Monitor and evaluate K3L performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
• Provide training and awareness programs to employees on K3L best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address K3L issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and manage waste disposal processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date K3L documentation and records.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in K3L management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in K3L management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Certification as a K3L Supervisor or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Occupational Health and Safety regulations and environmental laws.
• Proven experience in risk assessment and hazard identification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
