📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in managing export operations, including order processing, shipment tracking, and customs clearance.
• Oversee fleet maintenance and logistics, ensuring vehicles are in optimal condition and routes are efficiently managed.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.
• Use SAP and Microsoft Office to manage data, track shipments, and generate reports.
• Participate in training programs and workshops to develop leadership and management skills.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our export and fleet operations processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies.
• Support the team in achieving operational goals and targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in export operations, logistics, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Willingness to relocate to Bali is a must.
