📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their unique hiring needs.
• Use ATS and CRM tools to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates to ensure they meet the client's requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback.
• Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their recruitment process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates.
• Strong understanding of ATS and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid SIM (Indonesian ID card) and work permit (if applicable).
