📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote property developments, including digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Create and manage marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the property market.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales and meet targets.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in property marketing.
• Manage the company's social media presence and engage with potential clients.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property marketing or a related field.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with property management software such as REIS or similar.
• Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads) is a plus.
