In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with our team of drivers and maintenance personnel to ensure that our portable toilets are always clean, well-maintained, and available for our clients. You will work closely with our Operations Manager to develop and implement operational strategies that enhance our service delivery and meet the evolving needs of our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with drivers and maintenance personnel to ensure timely delivery and pickup of portable toilets.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of portable toilets and related supplies.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve service efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections of portable toilets to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for our team.
• Work closely with the Operations Manager to develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance our service delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with fleet management software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to portable sanitation is a plus.
