In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing competitive compensation and benefits packages, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and fostering a culture of recognition and reward. With your expertise in HR and compensation, you'll be a key player in helping us attract and retain top talent in the healthcare industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits packages, including salaries, bonuses, and employee benefits.
• Conduct market research and analysis to ensure our compensation strategy remains competitive and attractive.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
• Develop and maintain compensation and benefits documentation, including job descriptions, pay scales, and benefit plans.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits administration.
• Foster a culture of recognition and reward, recognizing employees for their contributions and achievements.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on compensation and benefits-related matters.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
• Proficient in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in compensation and benefits management is a plus.
