A&M Co. Yogyakarta is seeking a talented and passionate Professional Barista to join our team. As a barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee and beverages to our customers. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage products to customers.,Maintain and clean coffee equipment and supplies.,Assist in stocking and managing inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies.,Ensure that all food and beverage products are presented in a clean and attractive manner.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.,Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.,Follow all health and safety guidelines and regulations.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good communication and customer service skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Passionate about coffee and committed to providing excellent customer service.
