📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with stakeholders, including engineers, data scientists, and healthcare professionals, to align project goals with organizational objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Leverage tools like Jira, Asana, and MS Project to streamline project management processes.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in 6G technology and AI, and apply this knowledge to enhance project outcomes.
• Report on project status and performance metrics to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on deep-tech initiatives.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects in the healthcare or technology sector.
• Strong understanding of 6G technology and AI, with relevant industry certifications.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
