As the Human Capital Operations Lead at Nusantics, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end HR operations, ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws, and implementing best practices in talent management. You will work closely with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives, and you will have the chance to leverage your expertise in tools like SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, and Workday to optimize HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies that support business growth and employee development.
• Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Implement and manage HR technology solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, and Workday.
• Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the HR team to ensure high performance and professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing HR technology solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of implementing HR initiatives that drive business results.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
